Last Photo of Gannon Stauch – Clear and in Color – Leaked

The last known photo of Gannon Stauch has now been leaked online in color.

It’s clearly the source image for the grainy black and white image from page 8 of the affidavit.

There are to additional images, one taken from the side and closer to the floor, that we haven’t seen in color yet.

Some have observed that there appears to be a concave bruise or swelling on Gannon’s cheek. Also that the pillows have been “propped up” against the wall. There’s a simple reason why this isn’t a staged image, or a post mortem image: Letecia still hadn’t acquired the carpet cleaner, and there were two other people in the house. Besides that, she was doing online searches late at night indicative that she was preoccupied with a) the damage to the carpet and b) Gannon not going to school.

Given what we know, intuitively it feels like the poor child doesn’t look well. In this sense this image reminds me of the last footage of Shan’ann Watts. But it’s because we know what’s about to happen that we project onto and into the scene. We must be careful not to do that, to see what is there, not what isn’t.

For me the hand laid over his side speaks to me of the boy’s fragility in the same way Captain Miller’s hand speaks to us in Saving Private Ryan. What did that hand try to do hours later when the boy was viciously attacked?

Where is the Nintendo? Where is his phone?

Could Gannon have been attacked or hurt by any of the objects in his bedroom, particularly right beside his bed, and his head?

If the murder occurred in the bedroom, wasn’t Gannon’s murderer afraid of being seen through the window?

Are there curtains or blinds, and were they drawn at the time the image was taken, or when the police first visited the room?

It certainly doesn’t appear to be the case that Gannon slept with curtains closed going by this image.

What was the purpose of taking these images? Was it to “prove” Gannon was okay hours before he was about to not be okay, and be disappeared for over a month from this day onwards?

Finally, did Gannon know Letecia was taking this image as he lay there?

More: New “Last Photo” of JonBenet Ramsey has just been released – and there’s a problem…

What to make of the “Last Photo” of Madeleine McCann?

Proof! The ‘Last Photo’ is Fake

Why it’s Obvious the McCanns’ “Last Photo” is Fake

New “Last Photo” of JonBenet Ramsey has just been released – and there’s a problem…

Since January, since the lawsuit the Ramseys launched against CBS was settled [on January 5th, 2019 to be precise], there’s definitely been an uptick in Ramsey-related news. On January 9th, the Ramseys defamation go-to-guy – Lin Wood – gave an interview admonishing the “fake news” media. Then two days after Wood’s “fake news” comments there was news of an old suspect resuscitating their confessions [like Gary Oliva], that started as early as January 11th.

By February Gary Oliva’s confession was still rolling across the world’s media landscape, making waves in the United Kingdom.  By the end of March, Gary Oliva was still the talk of the town three months after the CBS settlement. Not a bad run of distracting coverage to drown out the settlement narrative, was it?

Now, in April, we have a documentary featuring none other than John Ramsey himself. It’s not just a vacuous documentary either. 23 years after the unsolved murder of his daughter, for the first time ever, this photo of JonBenet Ramsey has been publicly released.

There’s a serious problem with this image.

Before addressing what it is, let’s have a look at the other images that were either previously the “Last Photo” of the slain beauty queen, or otherwise photos taken shortly before her death.

The image/s above was/were previously recognized and accepted as the “Last Photo” of JonBenet. It was taken a fair length of time before her death, fairly early on Christmas Day morning [note the background is still in darkness]. JonBenet was murdered about 18 hours after this image was taken, and her body discovered in the basement of the Ramsey home by her father another 13-or-so hours after that.

A derivative impression of the last image was subsequently used as the cover for Paula Woodward’s book We Have Your Daughter, but with Patsy edited out.

A review in the Daily Camera at the time was pretty frank about where Woodward’s true allegiance and objectivity lay:

[Woodward] signals an intention to shoot down “erroneous assumptions” to repeatedly cast doubt on the prevailing police narrative of the murder. Given the author’s access to the couple’s private journals as well as the cooperation of their attorneys, it’s no spoiler to say the book is firmly in the Ramsey corner.

Other photos taken that morning including these, including one with nine-year-old Burke beside his younger sister. If there are few photos of JonBenet on that last day there are even fewer images of Burke floating around.

On December 23rd, these images were taken:

In reality, the last photos taken of JonBenet in the Ramsey home were these:

A close-up photo just prior to the autopsy was taken of the  little girl’s hand:

But let’s not quibble over semantics. By Last Photo what is meant is the last photo of JonBenet when she was alive.

What is the serious problem with this image?

23 years after the unsolved murder of his daughter, for the first time ever, this photo of JonBenet Ramsey has been publicly released, presumably by John Ramsey himself. Why has it taken 23 years to release the last photo of his daughter? And if it’s only been released to the public and the media now, what about law enforcement?

The full implications of what the Last Photo represents are analyzed to completion in Christmas Star, available now.

These are the last known images of the Watts children, Chris Watts and Shan’ann prior to the murders

Jeremy Lindstrom held a birthday party for his five-year-old son sometime on Sunday August 12th. Within hours of the photos taken below, the man in the baby-blue Carolina tar heels shirt [he seems to be leaning into the shot] would murder the two little girls right beside him.

It would take three months before he u-turned on his dubious confession of August 15th. In exchange for avoiding a death sentence himself, he admitted to their murders in court – in tears – on November 6th for the first time.

Below is the back garden of the Lindstrom home in Erie, Colorado.  Bella is right at the back wearing a purple summer dress. Celeste is out of picture.

August 12 was a hot, windy day, with temperatures hitting 91,4°F [33 °C]. Since it was clear all day, it’s difficult to tell when this photo was taken.
